It’s official Nina Parker, and Macy’s have partnered to launch the Nina Parker Plus Size collection. You may recognize Nina from her TV appearances as E! host and the Love & Hip Hop reunion shows.

My local Chicago Macy’s offered me the opportunity to try on almost the whole collection. I loved so many of the pieces! My favorites were the tie-front dresses, skinny jeans, and the bodysuits are all wardrobe must-haves.
I love that Nina was so thoughtful when creating this collection as a whole. Many of the pieces can be work in multiple ways allowing you to maximize your wardrobe. I was also impressed with the overall fit of the pieces. I felt that everything, including the non-stretch fabrics, was overall sized very consistent with other plus-size brands.

The collection launched on May 14 in select Macy’s stores and on macys.com; the Nina Parker Collection is available in sizes 16W-24W and ranges from $39-$129.
Why Did Nina Parker Create a Plus Size Clothing Line
In an interview with Alissa for Stylish Curves, Nina shared how she pulled inspiration,” I would literally just see people in the street or a look that I liked. She went on to explain, “I really love the sweatpants with the trench coat look and I found it really hard to find a trench coat for plus that was flattering. So it was like okay, I gotta make my own.”
What’s to Expect from the Macy Plus Size Collection with Nina Parker
Alissa also hinted that the line might be extending to 4x in the fall. The goods are Macy’s wants to see this line succeed and deliver fresh pieces every month.
