Benefits of Honey on the Skin
Raw honey is full of antibacterial properties and antioxidants. This natural ingredient is perfect for deep cleaning and treating breakouts.
Benefits of Yogurt on the Skin
Yogurt is great for hydration! Use plain yogurt to moisturize and calm your skin leaving a glow.
Benefits of Oats on the Skin
Oatmeal is a super ingredient for your skin! The oats are great for removing dirt, oil and gently exfoliate the skin. This will also help to remove any excess oil.
1/3 Cup Plain Yogurt
1 Tbsp Raw Honey
1/3 Cup Rolled Oats
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well incorporated. Apply a thin even coat all over your face and neck. This will be messy, so my favorite place to apply this mask is in the shower.
Leave the face mask on for 10-15 minutes. Gently scrub your face and neck in a circular motion.
Rinse with cool water to lock in the moisture.
